your fitness needs, goals and the time frame in which you would like to achieve
these goals, your interests and any barriers to achieving your aspirations.

customized to YOUR individual needs and goals and are ideal for clients
who prefer the one on one attention from the run of the mill, "membership

Your Personal Trainer will custom design overall fitness and health program
that is safe, and oriented towards YOUR fitness goals. You will get expert
help and advice, as well as written fitness assessments before and during
the program.
You will achieve-Weight Loss / Muscle Toning / Cardio Fitness / Flexibility / Agility
through the use of exercise balls, bosu balls, kettle bells, pilates, cords, ropes, heart rate monitoring,
fitness assessments and other means necessary, We will enable you to see results, with
