FITNESS ASSESSMENT
Fitness 1o1 offers a free fitness assessment to all new clients. Your personal trainer will take you through the assessment, ensuring that you understand each aspect and its relevance to your fitness goals and lifestyle.
We will evaluate your overall body strength, flexibility, aerobic fitness and nutritional/dietary habits. Upon completion of these measurements an exercise prescription will be given to include recommendations for improving your fitness.
We also offer other tests for those more "athletic" among you! These include VO2max (to determine your aerobic power), anaerobic threshold tests (to provide training intensity information), power tests, bio-impedance tests (for a better estimation of body fat) and a variety of field tests (e.g. speed and acceleration, agility, strength and speed-endurance).
