Fitness 1·o·1 philosophy: Fitness is personal, simple, effective and FUN!Effective fitness training should be Personal training is individual (Private) or small group (Semi Private) instruction that provides a client with motivation, guidance, and education during a workout. A certified personal trainer will assist in developing challenging workouts specifically designed to safely help the client achieve his or her fitness goals. You meet with a personal trainer privately at your convenience. Your trainer will tailor a progressive exercise program to your needs and interests and will ensure all exercises are being performed consistently and safely.
Ian Hookfin is a U.S. Army veteran who specialized in physical fitness training during his entire 11 year military career. He was trained in the Army's Master Fitness Program and received several commendations as a recruiter for achieving the Army's high standard for the physical fitness requirements of newly enlisted soldiers.
Our fitness center is located at 9650 North Augusta Rd, Std. 501 in Carmel, Indiana (click link for map to location) is convientently located for both Indianapolis and Carmel Indiana residents. We serve marion and hamilton county residence with professional training with measurable results.
